  1. my wife and I grew up just a few miles away from each other…but were in different school districts. Sp, while we were aware of each other, we never dated until… Our mothers were at some function together and one says to the other.."our kids should get together, they's make a nice couple" That was 52 years ago. We celebrated our 50th this past July

  2. Never been west of Harrisburg, Pa in 1976. Lived in eastern Pa on a Dairy farm. 19yrs old went to Kansas to work the wheat harvest. Went west to Arizona to start cutting wheat. The boss's niece came out after college finished for the year to drive truck. I met her at the grain elevator in Blyth, California. She has been my wife for 45yrs now.

  3. My wife and I were set up on a blind date by some friends. We got engaged on day 2 that we knew one another. We've now been married 31 years. And that's all I've got to say about that.

  4. What kind of rate per acre do you aim for with dry manure like that? What’s a rough NPK? Looks like it runs out quick. Acreish per load? I have no experience with that in South Ga so I’m curious. Hence all the questions. 😂 as always, love the video and good luck in the nuptials!!

  5. Graduated and went to work that summer at a camp in Colorado. About 3 weeks into the summer I got a letter from a principal concerning a teaching job that i had applied for and forgot. The letter had come to the college, been forwarded to my parents house, and then forwarded to me at camp 1000 miles away from home. I went up to his home and interviewed for the job, met his daughter, didn't get the job, and married the daughter. That was 50 years ago and we are still together with 3 grown children, 7 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. Now let Cole top that!!!!!

  7. I saw 4 beautiful sunrises in north Dakota way back in the early 2000s, early spring goose hunting, for snow and blue geese and we had a great time taking down a lot of geese in 4 days of hunting near Rugby North Dakota.

  8. I went on staff at a church in Virginia in 2013. The lead pastors daughter came home from college a couple years later and we started hanging out and I ended up marrying my bosses daughter. Now we are pastoring a church in Texas.

  9. My little sister lined me and my wife up on a blind date. She ended up being second choice for the night as the girl I had asked out called and told me she couldn’t go because she had to wash her hair. No joke. So I called her up and we were engaged five weeks later. We are now coming close to our 40th anniversary.

  10. I was invited to a party by a girl I knew thru Junior Achievement – she had designs on another guy & wanted to pawn me off on his date. It worked out for her and at age 17, on a blind date, I met my future bride. We had 54 years of good life before she was taken by cancer. It's been 3 years this month & I miss her more every day. You never know what bumps and potholes this road we take thru life will come next so enjoy every day with your partner as if it is your first and last.
