That is a bad area. Lots of homeless and drugs. Nothing open at that time of the morning. 24 Hour fitness is up stares from there, and people know not to park down there when nothing is open. I'm sure if there was just one person with a ccw down there, the guy would still be alive. But thanks to the cop, that never happened. Of course they show up after everything is over.
