  1. I just finished Anchor Point 4 and the traveller's grave, was attacked by living ships after getting off the planet. It certainly seemed like it was triggered by the monomania completion. I was attacked at the grave by sentinels but my ship was just few yards away.

  2. Some troll built a base on my spawn point after finishing the expedition post-patch. Cannot kill myself, though that would probably just spawn me back inside the base that has no doors (or windows). Due to the no edit permissions, I cannot dig myself out using the terrain gun or the solar ray. Makes it impossible to help with the loop progressions, all due to a loophole (no pun intended).

  3. This expeditions was awesome. My only complaint is the increased attacks again. But oh well. Still a blast. Also when I sent the new organic frigate out, when it came back the fleet room was showing a pic of the Normandy. Im on Xbox One S

  4. The waypoints on the anchor planets are wack. Even if you stand on top of the first one, it doesn’t disappear and your target sweeper stays locked to that first approximate location. Making it useless.

  5. Just completed my first expedition and collected my reward. Both liked and hated the permadeath aspect because I did end up dying once and lost like 2.5 hours of progress.

  6. I just finished mine. I wished I had a scatter blaster while aboard the derelict freighter as its my weapon of choice for close encounters while on a spooky freighter. Instead, I completed the freighter with a bolt caster that had no modules or enhancements.

  7. This was my first expedition and I love the focused content. Not too easy, and not too hard, and you can do it at your own pace (within the the 6 weeks ofc). BTW, for anyone that struggles to navigate on those freighter missions, switch to first-person mode. So much easier and FPS-like. My favorite game of the year.

  8. I was near end, but was attacked by predators and then Sentinels when I tried protecting myself – so died. I give up. NMS had a glitch and wouldn't let me finish Expeditions 6. No more Expeditions for me 😔

  9. I just finished this expedition in about 10 hours with no hitches. My first ever expedition experience and my first ever permadeath experience. Lots of fun and it feels quite rewarding as you complete objectives! I must’ve gotten lucky with my multitool and starship tho cause I got both as S classes 😂

  10. Just so everyone knows, idk how it is on other systems but on PS4 if u die immediately hit close app option in the PS menu and it’ll take u back to the last save. I died on the freighter at the end and I closed app and I logged back in to have me start back at my last save. Hope it helps

  11. I just finished this expedition as a new NMS player. Took me a solid 2 days of playing but was quite fun and took me to lots of different bits of content within the game i hadnt seen yet. e.g the derelict freighters. I immediately got tons of inventory expansions and ranked up S and X class upgrades from all the optional community goals being completed so doing the expedition later definitely made things easier!

  12. funny thing it was my first expedition and im new to the game in general but when i was playing i catch quite an idea i will go HIGH RISK = HIGH REWARD for first 2h i was carefully farming sentinels and pirates to drop upgrades and after i finish (of course already having for what weapon to go in ship and gun) i already was stronger in question of stats than my standard save soo only thing that i was fearing is my own stupidity in witch may end me on eating dirt with high impact xD (and i think that somme ppl may seen me because i probably made quite a mess in chat sorry x,D)

  13. Jason thanks for the guide through this man. I followed it to the T and it still took me 7 hours being patient but I did it first run through. Needless to say it's the first time in a game in a long while I have been on the edge of my seat.. aggressive sentinels on the 4th loop planet my GOD. Good rewards that were worth the effort though. Keep up the great content

  14. This is the only Expedition I never finished. I was maybe thirty minutes from the end, got cocky during a storm and got picked up by a whirlwind and smashed into the side of a mountain. I simply didn't have the heart to start all over again. Cie la Vie.
