What if one way to read the creation story is from the perspective of each individuals journey from material birth to spiritual life and rest in the Devine? See the early writings of Emanuel Swedenborg (just his early stuff as he goes off piste in his later writings)… in this scenario all entities and the creatures of creation dwell within us… personally I find this imagery quite powerful and most importantly I find it rings true… I believe every aspect of the physical world we live in has spiritual parallels and it is the spiritual that is permanent and real and the physical that is ephemeral… I look into my spiritual self and to my horror I can still find untamed dragons… just as everything in the tabernacle is in some way an element of Jesus, so to is every item of creation an element of self.
To add to what I just posted. This passage in Jeremiah describes Gods people who have lost their way… the imagery is not dissimilar to the earth before creation don’t you think?

Relationships between groups. Africans (Humans) vs. European & Eurasians (Non Full Human Neanderthal Descendants). Interesting discussion as always but I found the intermission music aggravating and distracting.
If the story of Cain and Abel happened before the law, by what measure is Cain judged for wrong doing against his brother? How is right and wrong determined between Eden and the law of Moses?

Listening to this makes me think the “snake” is the part of our mind , that “inner voice “ , that plants negative thoughts/sinful thoughts. And how we have to control that voice to do good in our lives vs following it down the rabbit hole of sin.

I love this! I like how you said “the agents of the snakes.” I often call them agents of the dark. I like to do that because of the term dark arts, which is really evil, lame and misappropriating the word art. For example the art of the kill. So stupid, it takes my breathe away. The dark side really prevents art. It’s unbelievable, like the different levels perversions… vampire diaries, teenage witch and wizard schools for kids, how to train your dragon, etc… The writing is on the wall and people are just blind by this so called “art”.

Words, words words….
Can backwards is nac, (so the opposite of can) which leads me the word able. As Nac also could sound like Cain backwards.
Maybe even Cain-Hatched like breaking.
And since there is probably CURSEives in our SPELLings of these words, We need to be “Able bodied” spiritually and we need to be good for God and live, as the opposite of that is evil, closely resembles the word devil.
Wrong, i seen a lion head demon with goat legs all around and no lion body just the head in a physical form for 3 seconds and i has a weird memory of it having more heads but not in a physical form
Where do you get the idea of humans supposed to subdue and rule the animals and land and such? The only things that happen with Adam and Eve before the fall are that they are told to name the animals to find a partner for Adam and then they are both told not to eat of the tree. I don’t get where you got that from
