A very big thanks to Tayla regarding the zebra kill for explaining how the lions cannot go to the grocery store or order take-out & it is the only way they are able to get food. Not only is it important for youngsters to understand this but VERY important for those grownups who dislike carnivores & say nasty things. My response to those grownups is exactly what Tayla said & also, that as humans our meat is neatly wrapped from the market & we do not need to do the slaughtering. Also thanks for setting the record straight about lions not hunting during the day. All one has to do is view all the videos or TV programs of lion hunts during the day.
