  1. Internet Historian makes great videos that are worth watching even if you don't make reaction videos for them.

He doesn't have a ton of videos because they obviously take a lot of time and effort to make, but they are damn hilarious.

  2. Do I respect the Redemption of no mans sky? yes. But with how many lies, and deceitful sayings sean made, I will not. and morally can't buy it. But I understand why others would want to

  3. Looks like this is your first Internet Historian video, and a very good place to start… this is probably the first video where he showed his capabilities as a documentarian. “The Fall of 76” was the video that really put him on the map as a creator, as lots of streamers and YouTubers reacted to it; but while still a very good documentary it is also a bit more of a meme video as well.

If you decide to react to more of his content, I would say that things earlier than Fall of 76 tend to be shorter and much more meme-like… mini-docs about big moments in meme culture and such. His vids after this one become more epic in scope and at times more serious while still maintain his meme style humor. He still tackles some Internet culture topics, but his vids “The Cost of Concordia” and “Man in Cave” could really be considered full-fledged documentaries as well.

Whichever direction you head next, it’s good stuff… and if you enjoyed the bit with the erotic fanfic at the end, there’s similar content to be found on his Incognito Mode channel. Sonic the Hedgehog fanfic, Harry Potter fanfic and creepypastas all given similar treatment… 😆

Loved the reaction, and looking forward to more~!

  4. In a nutshell, the disaster happened because Sean didn't know when to stop talking lol. The "lies" we're just things they thought they could have in the game by 2016, they vastly underestimated how little time 2 years is to make a game like that. All they needed was more time, which they proved 🙂

As a side note, there has been 16 more updates since Internet Historians video lol. They're still going! One of the latest ones let you be a space pirate

  5. Literally every Internet Historian video is worth watching. Even the very first video on his channel was awesome, and while the animation gets better every episode, otherwise the main difference between the older videos and the new ones is length. Highly recommended!

  6. I appreciate what Hello Games did, sticking with their cards in spite of the disastrous launch. They deserve respect for that, and all the awards are well-earned.

That being said, I'm still going to be critical. What's the point of buying a game if I have to wait a long time for it to actually deliver on its promises.
It'll be better later? Well I bought this game NOW.

  7. technically it was "multiplayer" at the time.

since people can change planets/plants/lifeforms/rocks and other stuff names. so if someone else find the same planet – they can see someone else has found it first.
That is "technically" multiplaying – it is player interaction. just not live multiplayer interaction.

  8. I preordered no man's sky and played it on launch. It had an extremely boring gameplay loop, i caught some bugs and was a little angry thanks to the lies, but i will never forget the first time i spent a night on the game. I looked up and saw 4 other planets with different colors semi lined up. I was absolutely amazed, which made me stick with the game throughout the process of becoming something better

  9. ah what amazing content "let's sit and watch someone else's content in its entirety and just make random noises while looking bored in the back" fuck off

  12. It should be noted, they have had like 12 big updates since this came out, including stuff like living ships, frontiers, outlaws, and expeditions. I went from extreme disappointment to love.

  13. I was one of those people who felt abandoned by Hello Games in the beginning. The launch was disappointing, and that's being generous. But over the years, they have strived to give us more and more, eventually surpassing what was initially promised.

As a space sim junkie and a huge fan of No Man's Sky, thank you, Hello Games!
