I really like the tactics used there, where he openly let's everyone know up front that if they violate his rights they could lose their job and their pension and have a lawsuit filed against them. I think that's the right way to do it (because so many people are truly unaware of the law) I think it's nice to at least give a heads up warning, and then let them dig their own grave.
