A pretty busy week overall, but also a sad one for Anitons. On the brightside it does look like the dev team is staying within the genre, so that leaves some hope that some of anitons will appear in whatever new game they make. Lumentale trailer is going to be hype and I’m always down for more Cassette Beasts Gameplay! OH Did I mention that Dragon Quest Treasures is now out!? YES IT IS!

It's a shame that the monster roster on Dragon warriors isn't that large. Dragon warrior monsters 2 had a massive roster and they all looked really cool
Definitely sucks about Anitons but not too unexpected. The exclusive stuff definitely felt like a nail in the coffin.
The Wolfkins game does not nearly appeal to me as much.
Saddly, I thought about backing Anitons, but I've been having some Financial issues lately, and when I checked the goal and what they've raised at the time, I realized that back in the project was sadly pointless.

I feel like if many indie dev move from there comfort zone and try something unique from there game "monster taming" with solid mechanic or world building. I think people will more common to see monster taming / collection as frailty of game than some a rip off or clone from pokemon. Especially went pokemon quality become more worst every single years.
Maybe make a fan game from a movie will be good start to like "how to train your dragon" or "jurasic world for kid" went you job to research dinosaurs was actually good.
Saw that coming from a mile away. Anitons was like the definition of insanity with that exclusivity. It’s fine for games that can fund themselves, but not fine for indie campaigns.
That being said, Lumentale hype!

As someone who loves RPG Maker, I'm really excited for Dokimon (Both cause the base game looks cool and because of the editor). 😀
