It’s a band rehearsal day at my house, today, unfortunately, I do not have Guy’s cake-making skills! 😱 Fortunately I am able to nip out and buy some delicious, freshly baked Welsh cakes from a local baker. Phew. I also have to nip out to B&M Bargains to buy milk and tea bags for the band brews.

  3. Good cake is actually super easy as long as you weigh your ingredients/ get good at knowing weights by eye.
    But yes, cake freezes well, as long as there’s little to no cream or frosting.
    I’m the same with drinks. I absolutely detest tea, but I always keep teabags and caffeinated coffee (I’m a decaf drinker) in for guests
