    To improve and modernize the postal service, to reorganize the Post Office Department, and for other purposes.
    "( c ) As an employer, the Postal Service shall achieve and maintain compensation for its officers and employees comparable to the rates and types of compensation paid in the private sector of the economy of the United States. It shall place particular emphasis upon opportunities for career advancements of all officers and employees and the achievement of worthwhile and satisfying careers in the service of the United States.

Why should they keep getting raises when they refuse to pick up our mail everyday ..Even if Flag is up…They say if they have no mail to deliver to you they dont have to pick up your mail..I had bills that needed picked up..I had no car to go find a Post Office Box..And disabled..I have called our Post Office many times.
    Filed Complaints several times to the Head of The USPS..AND Filed a big complaint..Still nothing was done..But they want to keep raising stamp prices Etc and workers want a raise..Why they dont want to work???
    I should not have to go threw all this always just to get my bills paid on time..😢😢
