absolute war machine build, can attest from personal experience that you need these on the front lines if you want to win group battles. very well rounded build in a sea of minmaxxed con and dps. staying alive and killing the enemy are equally important.
The two charge passives are bad IMO. Not worth the two points for slightly more damage on a long cd ability. Charge is great as a 1 pointer.
I read that on many servers companies apparently can not afford the wars anymore – is this true?
