No piece of entertainment in the visual medium (TV/Movie) has ever really managed to mail that naval chess battle thing that can work so well in novels (the vast majority don’t even try). Super excited to see this show heading in that direction and hope they’re able to pull it off!
Expecting ahsoka to be the same as she was in her teens is funny cause if you watch even the last season of the clone wars, she’s already a much more mature and stoic person. (ironically more jedi like after leaving the order) She’s been battle hardened by the time she was about 18 and so well trained that she could lead a full invasion on Mandalore’s capitol city and capture Maul. She’s definitely not that snappy kid with an attitude going forward. Certified badass💯
Is it just mean or is Morgan Elsbith just really lame?
I liked seeing the Pergulls, excited for Thrawn but overall disappointed so far. Not a fan of this whole Sabine being a Jedi BS. Ahsoka wearing the space suit was pretty cool but the physics of that scene contradicted themselves a bit. Oh well, it’s Star Wars after all
30:28 I can’t agree more about this. Rosario is really bothering me. This whole stoic and trying to be a huge hard ass isn’t playing well for me. Ahsoka is just such a fun, carefree character and they are missing that.
I get her maturing for sure so being a bit different makes sense. But meeting somewhere in the middle is where it should have landed
