What makes the huge difference?
1. Additional 5% AA Dmg per refine. +15 Heavens has 25% more AA Dmg compared to +10 though this is not reflected on raw stats.
2. Refine Atk and Anvil Bonus (Useful on PVP if you use RM but no dmg signifance on PVE since Monsters doesn’t have refine reduction)
3. Critical Rate +5 and Critical Dmg 7% (Not much of a factor but still a boost)
4. Hidden Penetration (Some says +15 weapons and accessory has hidden penetration as compared to +10. Don’t know if it’s true up to this day so don’t @ me lol 😅)
Is it worth it?
Answer – Yes. As long as you’ll not buy in between 5 – 8b so therefore try to have your +15 through refine. Ask for a friend or look for someone who can help you refine your equip if it’s not your forte so zeny wouldn’t be wasted.
Aside from the weapon or before you gamble, make sure to have the ideal things in the following.
1. Rune
2. Rune Box
3. All Equips on left side should be +15
4. End game cards – Alice Stars, Gloom, Poi Tata Star, Dragon Fly Star, Time Holder Star, Racial Cards, Valk Rathgricy, Drake Star, Mino Star, Audhumbla or Wataru Card for head.
5. Oracle Extract – Slash and Cards
6. Max Prayers
7. Max Blessings
8. Good Enchants – Crit Dmg / Pdi / Sharp Blade / Sharp
9. Mdef Switching
10. Use of Meal Bs, Runestones, and Precision Stones
11. GAMEPLAY or simply mastery of using Runemaster
