Every season I am a forever 10 just because its hard to get my group together to do master crota or whatever the raid is. A few seasons ago it was just doing a dungeon on solo which wasn't a problem since I just had to rely on myself. I could LFG it of course but nah. I don't really care, guardian rank doesn't really have meaning. IMO triumph score matter more.
Hey Toad, I was stuck on Step 6 of Darkness In The Light and I used Edge transit with Impulse amplifier + Explosive light. That combo one shots guardians. I still use it in pvp

Guardian Ranks are just another Las Vegas design method to manipulate you to buy more content. If you don’t own Lightfall you are hard stuck on 6.

ya grinding to the 11th rank sounds great an all but the guardien finder is still not always gonna work cuz people are gonna be super picky ur gonna get kicked from every lobby cuz u dont got something they need of u that u need to use or u just aint a high light lvl an its mostly the lvl is wat people look at 90% ofthe time an or the weapons cuz not everyone is able to just grind with out getting board 5 min in since bungie messed up pinnicals now

I've guilded conquerer 2 times. The hardest ones is pvp and dredgen because I'm terrible at pvp.
I’ve farmed my catalysts in grasp of avarice, same thing with brave weapons
The commendations are the stupidest requirement imo. As a solo player who uses fireteam finder mostly they usually leave right when the activity ends. I feel like having other people judge your guardian shouldn’t be a requirement. It should be something activity related
im a free to play player so i have none of the dlcs so i cant rank up

These are great addition to the game but being destiny, bungie missed a massive opportunity with these as they are pointless ……
Guardian rank is the worst thing in destiny history
I hit paragon when it came out and it was because I was able to farm commendations. I don't think they should be necessary for guardian ranks
