First: I dont think that you mentioned, that Eye Beam was raised to a 5 target cap instead of 2 i believe. Which is crazy for AoE. 😀 Second: I got to ask. How do you make max level characters on the PTR?
I've been a DH main since midway through Legion and I've watched it slowly get weaker and weaker and have more and more tools taken away. These changes have me so hopeful for the future of the spec I'm so stoked about it

not a fan of Momentum so i need to find a good build that excludes that. just hate that playstyle.
