  1. You made that up. They never said they were making a desert land. You did. Now you're saying they changed their minds. You're weird for that. You were literally brainstorming with no facts.

  2. WHAT WOULD’VE HAPPENED TO BIG THUNDER…we would no longer have the wildest ride in the wilderness 😭😭😭 Though Disney has really done it now…I was already mad about them retheming Tower of Terror at DCA, then they yeeted Splash Mountain into oblivion, and now this…Disney is going to continue to be horrible until the CEO is changed…again…

  3. I Love FINALLY getting an Indiana Jones Jeep Ride! But I’m with you why Encanto and Coco??? Nothing to do with animal Conservation. I think a Tarzan theme would look great over there!!! Do a Tarzan Ride where Tarzan flies on his vine as you follow him kind of like Peter Pans Flight and maybe a Tarzan interactive Treehouse??? And some new quick service Tarzan and an Indiana Resturant?

  4. I agree with you Brayden. I still like the idea of a Coco retheme in Mexico/EPCOT. If Encanto and Indy go to AK, I could see a South American tie in that would still somewhat work, possibly with animals from said region. The more property for Villains land at MK the better as thats what most fans want. Which leaves Hollywood Studios. It needs a whole PIXAR section. Cars Land, Monsters Inc. Door coaster, and Incredibles. Just daydreaming 😂😊

  5. The things a company produces tend to be very similar to the leadership. When you have people in charge that are nothing but bland corporate bureaucrats, you will always get bloodless, lifeless, unimaginative results, because that’s the force behind them.

The same can be seen with Tim Cook’s Apple vs. Steve Jobs’ Apple. Don’t expect anything interesting or worthwhile out of Iger, Chapek, or D’Maro. They are there to increase the bottom line, not operate from the heart and create things that inspire feelings, because they don’t have a scintilla of either inside of them.

  6. Re Frontierland: The issue with modern Disney is they assert things are problematic and requiring updates without doing any market research at all. This results in an inferior product that nobody actually wants (like the last 7 or 8 Disney box office releases which have all flopped).

This will only continue to worsen until an Elon Musk-like figure emerges that genuinely wants to save the company. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that will ever happen.

  7. It’s called “analysis paralysis” – and it happens when you have too many MBAs and not enough creatives in positions of leadership. If Lasseter were still at Disney, you’d have bolder ideas actually come to fruition. As it stands, Disney has regressed to the bad old days of Eisner’s “Strategic Planning” era… only it’s worse this time.

Disney used to abide by a single maxim: storytelling. Today, that key maxim has been replaced with “measurement” and “KPIs.” And while these are important metrics, they should not be the company’s North Star.

  8. I thought Epcot would resume plans for Spaceship Earth and Wonders of Life building after they're done with Ratatouille and Guardians of the Galaxy. What's going on with these projects?

  9. I think their only real options here are to either ignore the fact that the new Tiana ride doesn’t fit with Frontierland or to try and retheme everything, including Big Thunder, to New Orleans. Trying to get both Frontierland and New Orleans into that tiny space just doesn’t work.

  10. Brayden… WHAT IF…. WDW incorporated the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction into their "New Orleans" area, as it is in DLR in California? Probably would require exterior retheming to the attraction entrance, but then you could make the transition to Adventureland at The Tiki Room

  11. I hate the idea of a villains land in Magic Kingdom. I wish Disney would just extend Frontierland and Liberty Square in the “beyond Big Thunder” expansion pad. Save Villains Kingdom idea for a fifth park on the south end of WDW property to replace Wide World of Sports.

  12. Well that's encouraging! Youtube actually suggested this for me- I normally have to go find the latest Mickey Views. (grrr) Although mom made us wait 7 months after WDW opened for our first visit (magnificent beyond any description in 1972 Florida) Frontierland was already dated- kids my age didn't really play cowboys and indians anymore… But it was sort of a comfort area.

  13. Yes yes, turn fontierland into another damn marvel IP land. We don't need that funky old log cabin stuff. Next up? Turn Main street into more of an international mall sort of looking place… Like all the damn hotels going for generic Wayfair furniture. And WHAT's WITH this old castle in the middle? 60 damn years old! Time for a McDonalds or some cool product tie in.

  14. It is sad that while Universal is investing big in a massive park Disney still refuses to spend. This just means that more imagineers will leave to go work for a company willing to spend the money instead of talk like Disney keeps doing.

  15. Brayden, I generally enjoy your videos and news reports. I'm not here to tell you what to do with your channel or anything of the sort. It's a free country after all.

Having said that, Disney is dying and gasping for air. Financially, they're sunk. This is factual and actual. Numbers don't lie. Bob is just grasping at straws. He's a snake (or gator) in the grass.

Feasibility of what is coming is grim. There's not going to be anything but blue sky bullshit and pipe dreams. Magic Kingdom has more rides and attractions in it than all the other parks in WDW combined. If you look at it from a logistical view point, much more money needs to be put in those parks and increasing capacity in those places. Sure it's fun to theorize about what could come. But it's not realistic. I'm sure that WDI has plans for the areas you discussed here. But by the time you see them actually developed, you'll be a grandpa…and I'll be dead and buried.

But none of this really matters, because of Bob Iger. He's going to drive the company into a giant sinkhole and I'm just going to sit back and enjoy it.

Again, I'm glad you enjoy reporting, but this is all speculation. I do agree with you on the New Orleans aspect of the changes, but not much else.

  16. Tom Sawyer island could turn into mama odie and the water be more swamp like. Then mama odors transitions to dr facillier and open to villains land. I agree with cars behind btm

  17. Big Thunder sucks. That queue in the heat is miserable, people crammed in generating body heat, kids (and some adults) having breakdowns, then the ride jostles you around 🤢
