As a user of this product for about 6 months, I admit I was drawn into wild because of the natural ingredients and no use of aluminium… The first order was great but I was disappointed on my subsequent orders to receive a half full refill at such high price. Surely this goes against the sustainability of the product?

What about the materials used to produce the cases? They still contain plastic (and possibly metals etc. ). I get that it’s all about reducing the use of single use plastic.

If you really want to avoid packaging, sell a potassium alum stone which lasts a hundred times as long as each bar refill and contains only one chemical instead of dozens.
