I hadn’t heard that Pete Brown had passed … Without his creative contributions to Cream, it would not have become the band it did. As you chaps said, some of his lyrics are timeless. R.I.P.
A little off-topic but Leo Lyons and Chick Churchill were, as producer and keyboardist respectively, instrumental in UFO’s finest set of songs on a studio album, imho – Force It 🙂

With so many unauthorised absences, it looks like Ten Years After is very niche …
This was a band I first heard in the Woodstock film, at the cinema – “I’m Going Home” blew my mind – I’d never heard lead guitar played so fast!
Only on the 5150 Show would The Clangers get a mention 😂 Mind you, I’ve dropped a clanger live on stage so they seem to be a thing 🤔

I wasn’t familiar with Cricklewood Green and enjoyed having a listen after the show – really looking forward to next week’s ranking, obviously 😉
