Challenge Details Below:

No Man’s Land “Build It” Challenge
#nmlbuilditchallenge

Map (FS19 or FS22) – No Man’s Land
Platforms – All
Single or Multiplayer – Your Choice
Game Mode – Farm Manager
Seasons – Your Choice
Economy Level – Normal
Time dilation – 5x maximum; except for sleeping
Other Settings – Your Choice
Lease – Your Choice
Additional Loans – Your Choice; but must be paid off before finishing Stage 1

When you load in via Farm Manager. In FS19 you will already have a $250K loan. Now for FS22, you will start with $1.5 Mill, but no loan. For those on FS22, you will need to follow through with all directions below as well.

On plot 26, you must delete field (paint tool) and buy (1) NML Sell Point of your choice and place on 26. Just make sure you choose wisely because you have the “option” to also buy and place sawmill and/or wood chips sell point on 26.

Then buy your starting plot on NML; but it can’t be next to 26 at all. Now, you must buy all for your property; but choose wisely:
Sleep Trigger
Harvester
Header
Tractor
Seeder
Plow
Tipper
Chainsaw
Pickup
Small Transport Trailer
Equipment Shed
Silo
Static Chipper (optional to place)

** Now if your on FS19, you keep the rest of your money. If your on FS22, now borrow $250,000.00 to create loan and then reduce your money as close to $85K – $90K before you start **

*** Remember, after map for FS22 drops changes may need edited ***

First Stage Goals:
– Pay Off Farm Manager Debt
– Buy (2) Additional Plots next to your farm
– Buy (1) Additional Sell Point Plot away from 26. Then Buy/Place (2) New Sell Points for this plot.
After completing first stage of goals. You may call it a win or plow forward with your build. If you choose to plow forward, ALiEN JiM’s FS Mods has left you a gift of (7) government signs on your property to keep.

Now, it’s time for you to move on. They say, “If you build it, they will come”.
Second Stage Goals:
– Buy (4) or MORE Farm Plots (you choose)
– Buy (3) or MORE Sell Point Plots anywhere away from others and grow by placing more sell points.
– Build your own Map on NML
Let’s do this! Now, who is up for this challenge. That is just a brief to get you all excited. Once the map drops, we may need to make minor adjustments. But, I believe this will work with no issues.
The Ultimate Challenge is to see who else will follow Gary and I for a bigger build. We plan to challenge each other to purchase the entire map for our creations. So stay tuned in for further details.
