  1. i've definitely been thinking calling cards, emblems, etc are generated by AI. there are SO many of them, and most of the art and styles seem so generic and uninspired.. and even the most challenging ones to get are rarely the coolest ones..

  2. The problem with the camo progression is the same I had with mw2, I ultimately stopped grinding camos because I got all my ars gold and then it wanted me to do challenges for platinum too. It's just crazy that we have to change how camos work and follow mw2's systems. Which sucked.

  3. As a game developer in a different company I want to clarify the usage of AI art as a tool for game development as we have used it before. The art that AI makes isnt very good, we initially used AI to generate quick concept sketches for a charactwr we wanted to make as it was rather complex. After we got some images that we liked then our artist made new conceps inspired by the AI, and then those concepts got sent to our 3d artist. So, although some of the ideas for the art piece that will be used in the game came from AI, all the work is done by humans and revised hindreds of times. With the amount of artist Activision employs, it wouldn't make sense for them to make AI content and have their artist and designers just sit spinning in their chairs all day. Game art is rather too specific for its needs often. If anything the places where we may see AI art being used the most will be on smaller projects made by small groups or solo devs as they may be able to save some time and money with sub-obtimal assets.
