just a question about your scion bomb, do you think the take aim AP +1 is better then FRSR order? since the banner of bullshit, removes the +1 to hit from take aim just like it takes away the -1 to hit for firing and "moving" on first rank/second rank? removes the need for the the warlord trait for rapid fire to full range also, and saves you that CP
So in here you, when talking about tank commanders, you mentioned that if a tank commander orders themselves using the WT Lead by example, they couldn't then use the spreading orders? could you explain your reasoning? What I can see under regiemtal tactics "each time an officer from your army issues a mechanised order to a unit with this ability, you can select one or more other friendly squadron units with in 6"…" so it doest actually say the original ordered model needs to be mechanized, so you could have gatekeeper trundel up the board issuing to itself, as long as the other tanks are with in 6" of them
