Hoping for a Glowworm augment in the future.
Tirpitz 30% + Bismarck Buff 40% = 70%
Did you miss the part where Bismarck boosts Tirpitz damage by 40%? With the Tirpitz augment that now stacks up to 70% Increased damage! That with 457mm guns is going to hit really hard!
70% on paper sounds NUT. But in practice. Not really that Spectacular. Just a sizable DMG buff. But hey atleast Tirpitz users can have some joy.
This prompted me to check on Bismarck's "Will of the Iron Blood" skill, and there's this bit from the skill description: "Increase damage dealt by Tirpitz by 20% (40%)."
If Tirpitz's augment stacks with this, then she'd get a 70% DMG boost when sortied with Bismarck.

As an Iron Blood enjoyer, am quite happy with Tirpitz buff. Now the sisters are inseparable.

Best Augment batch for me, Tirpitz, Kagerou and Jaburin are all useful while Mini and Conti are toptier waifu ship that I oathed
I really appreciated the run through of these new augments. It's tricky working out when to spend the resources on their specific upgrades or just give them a generic one. I would love a guide on augment building materials farming. That would be incredibly helpful. 😊
You skipped the "mod effects" of the augments, you only read the skill upgrades.

Kimocheese didnt realize that Bismarck buff Tirpitz damage by 40%, so with her new augments, she could go up to +70% damage buff… unfortunately this still wont do much because both Bismarck and Tirpitz are aging ships…
Nothing beats an endless gold pocket. Still trying to get all my purples to +13. Have like 4 augments so far… One day in the faaaaaaaaaar future will catch up

The Javelin one is better than it looks. It prioritizes elites and scales on Trp. It takes advantage of Javelin’s Assault mode proc, which a 30% Trp boost, and since it’s every 5 seconds it affects 2 of 4 every 20 second cycle. On top of that since Javelin is a 30% aux boost DD you could give her a rainbow Trp aux and really bump the damage to ridiculous level. Every 20 seconds Javelin will have
-increase Javelin Barrage
-Assault mode Trp barrage
-Regular torps
And in-between she’s doing decent damage and keeping up with the regular 5 sec barrage. Give her the J class crown and put her with Janus and Jervis and she’s a little monster
You can search for ships easier, by clicking on the cycle arrow icon on the middle-top, and typing their name.
Totally out of topic but considering the guns I’m trying to invest in, does Helena’s buff synchronize with the NJ gun? Just asking. If anyone knows that answer, please tell me lol.
Well, I use Tirpitz in OPS and she does fine so it was worth making the augment for me. She gets a little help from UVH cross-fleet buff and I didn't have a lot of options at BB for Iron Blood. Just added FDG to that fleet and will probably add Odin to it soon. Bismark isn't leveled enough yet to be used in OPS but if she gets leveled up, I will probably add her to my OPS Iron Blood fleet eventually.
I like your videos, @Kimocheese, but sometimes people aren't looking to use only META fleets all the time. You forget that OPS (higher level content IMHO) is a great place to level ships up at no oil cost. I'll stick ships into OPS that are very good (but not META-good) so that I can level them up. Anyway, it's not always about the META.
