September 6, 2022- Do you know what municipal assets you have? Do you have a plan for them? Learn about ULCT’s newly launched Your Land Your Plan program, funded by a generous grant from Intermountain Healthcare and Zions Bank, which supports services to municipalities and public private partnerships from both the Wasatch Front Regional Council (WFRC) and ULCT to advance public real estate asset planning and management. This program will provide training and technical assistance to help Utah’s local governments better understand their real estate holdings and unlock the value of those holdings to improve the health of their communities.
