  1. BTW, the reason so many fans don't Defend this Game is because this is no longer horror and decided to move on to the new Analog Horror boom inspired by the original games. Just look the reaction of people to the first games and this one, It's Night and Day. And no, they did work as horror games not only as "let's play Games". They were scary because of the sound design and Dark environment building tension, It uses jumpscares but It's just the way the Game has to released that tension at that point anything would do that. Jumpscares are like detonators of bombs, you are not scare of the detonators but the bomb and without bomb they dont work.

  2. I checked on steam wondering how such a boring broken mess from a franchise made by a homophobic d bag is getting such good reviews despite not seeing a single person who enjoyed it,

and wouldn’t ya know it 90% of the positive reviews came from people saying they wanted to bang the animatronic characters.

  3. I feel like this game must have suffered from time constraints, I can't imagine how else they could miss so many bugs before launch?
Which is sad, considering how much work/love seems to have been put into the rest of the game, especially the graphics and sound design.

  4. I always wondered why I liked the fnaf games so much, then I realized it stopped being about the gameplay a while ago. Now I’m just trying to untangle this absolute mess of a lore that for some reason I’m invested in.

  5. I played the first game and the implication was that the suits were possessed by ghosts and that's why they were trying to kill you. Is that the running thing with this series? Every single location associated with this company has angry ghosts that are drawn to the animatronics?

  6. The original FNAF worked because of the feeling of dread(you often can see them but know they're there, and when you find them it's even worse) and the fact that it uses 'nightmare logic'. In VR I was a 35-year-old man trembling in panic because I saw the huge ducky move in the corner of my right eye. I have no clue how they got from that to this.
