Wave pools just aren’t the same. And boring as hell to watch. To the newbs out there, the announcers are feigning excitement. Only people stoked about the ranch are people who financially benefit from it. Facts.
They should recreate each of the best spots in the world and into a pool version. Like a world surf tour theme park…. Mushy Margs, Chunky Chopes etc…. Would be weird but also sick..btw I know nothing will ever replace the ocean feels
Most boring event ever! Every ride is predictable. There has been no progression since the 1st Pool event. Get rid of this event. Surfing is about you verse nature. The ocean is an unpredictable beast. Therefore the ocean will always create more drama and skill from professionals. It will always create the greater challenge and spectacle
They should have it covered when the wind is the wrong direction, theyve left an uncontrollable element of nature in it which is unacceptable
