  4. The problem with hiring only good cops is that this is a country of 330mil people with something like 1 million officers I think (might be wrong) and it's literally the worst job in america to have so you have jo choice to lower criteria to fill the positions. Its inevitable.

    I remember hearing joco willink saying the police should get the same amount of training as a navy seal but he fails to realize that its logistically impossible to achieve something like that. All the special forces branches fail to fill all the positions they need every year because the acceptable criteria to get that job is so high.

    You just can't expect a 1% selection process to produce a million jobs.

  11. In a hiring thugs don't matter if you got a criminal background or not you'll get hired there it's not about serve and protect anymore it's about a rest and convict. That's all about money more money the more pay rest I get the more money they get that's all it's about

First of all I'm African-American man you always trying to send the cops you always trying to put something good with them or cops of dirty don't matter what color you are it shows all cops are dirty but you start with the redneck white cops are so not okay I don't care how many bones does they give nobody wants a dirty job nobody wants to get out there and do whatever they want to do to the people and it shows this is exactly how it goes down they do whatever they want to do they say whatever they want to say they want to put on you the dirty judge and attorney lawyers go along with it it's always been that way nothing has change for African American people we go through the same thing if we not Kilt and I own bedrooms if we not drugged out the car and killed okay it always happen they always kill us it's been so many cases that that that's been going on and nobody said nothing about it now you want to hide it now you want to cover it up as though it never happened just like the young man that was killed by the Sick black police officers they show you respect Ben was so bad about it they really really came from organized crime they were supposed to be out there to protect us but they're out there killing us hurting us doing everything what it matters to that is that this the first time they got caught how many other times have they done this and nobody said nothing about it how many other young men or women have they put in the hospital of color nobody has taken the time to investigate these five dirty cops this is why I have no respect for cops no trust for cops I care nothing about their safety they mean nothing to me all cops are dirty and corrupt

First of all I'm African-American man if they don't put George Floyd's law in place to protect African-American people the problem is going to get even bigger with dealing with when the police are dealing with the people they're going to have a problem on their hands every time people are not going to listen people are not going to run people are not scared there's no sugar pumping through their veins and they're not scared if they don't pass no bills and put some things in place things are going to change drastically with the people they are not going to stand around and they're not going to be arrested in the are most definitely going to stand their ground and they want the place to come along come along and do something let's see what you can do and everybody that's a police officer will pay for everything that they have done even if they had nothing to do with it you're one of them you had something to do with it and when it come down to it there is no 50/50 there is no 6040 there's no 70/30 is our way or no way and waited things are now people are not willing to sit down and talk about it we are not willing to make no greenest we're not willing to sign those papers we are not to agree on anything but some laws put in place to stop you dirty people for doing the things that you have done to the people you've been doing for years that's what we want we want laws put in place to protect us from you all of you all cops are dirty interrupt the people are tired happen to wash yourself are they come and go can't let the kids go outside hope the kids will come in the house before it get dark in daytime the police still are the same way that is changed this is been going on for the past maybe hundred years for African-American people of United States of America and that America doesn't apply to African American people there's too many things written against us in the Bill of Rights that doesn't even protect us that says we are animals we don't walk upright we don't deserve to vote we don't deserve any rights will always be slaves that's what it says in the Bill of Rights we are not even human we're animals

  29. Your commentary hit home with me. Everything you said was spot-on. I subscribed because of it. It's way past time for We the People to put our foot down & say Enough is Enough – & demand 'Police Reform'. This needs to be done in an organized fashion by a lot of Americans willing to do what it takes. Not violence but strong persistent noncompliance. We already have more than enough proof of Police misconduct, misbehavior, double standards, everyday, consistant, violations of our Constitutional rights, & corruption within entire Police Depts ALL across the Country. All the proof necessary is in the videos in all the auditor channels on UTube RIGHT NOW. Peacefully protest to: 1) End Qualified Immunity 2) End Internal Affairs – no more police investigating themselves. 3) Replace IA with a Committee of Citizens who are not related to law enforcement by blood or marriage to handle all accidents, injuries, & fatalities with cops AND to handle all complaints. Complaints need to be kept at the separate Citizens Committee bldg apart from Police Depts, on the wall available to anyone 24 hrs a day & 7 days a wk. Complaints can be turned in at the Citizens Committee bldg, & will be looked into within 24 hrs & a written statement of the action taken will be sent to the complaintent within 3 weeks? & shall include the cop's wrongdoing & the action taken.
    4) No more paid leaves for Cops involved in crimes & misconduct. 5) Body Cams cannot be turned off or muted while on duty. Body cam & Dash cam footage requested must be released within 24 hrs w/o redactions or sound muted. Cops involved in fatal shootings, accidents, deaths, & other emergencies must turn in body & dash cams within 24 hrs. 6) Cops MUST know the Constitution & pass a test on it every year.
