𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘇:

Never give up and always show up. That was the early life-lesson heavyweight boxer David “Nino” Rodriguez most attributes the success of his career to. Of his 36 professional bouts, he has an impressive record of 34 KOs with 24 of them being in the first round, a number that relieved Mike Tyson of his legendary first-round record.

Rodriguez was born in El Paso, Texas. He first hit the bags and began learning simple combinations at the early age of 5. At age 14 he had his first amateur fight against a Junior Olympic Champion. He was a bundle of nerves and was beat up badly in the first round; but in the second, knocked his seasoned adversary out cold. It shocked the tournament and garnered headlines. But more than that, Rodriguez had now been given the taste of blood, which only served to further fuel his passion for the brutal but beautiful craft of boxing.

As Rodriguez took on more fights, he quickly drew attention by pummeling his opponents and progressively sparring veteran fighters. After contending at the amateur level for 7 years, David entered into his professional career. He beat out Manuel Alberto Pucheta by a TKO to win the WBA NABA Heavyweight Title. He defeated Owen Beck in El Paso to a sellout crowd and took the WBC Mexican Heavyweight Championship. And he crushed overmatched Byron Polley for the NABU Heavyweight Title.

During training for the first of his 2011 fights, Rodriguez survived a brutal knife attack, the result of which was a near-death experience and a facial scar that runs clear from his ear to his chin. Shortly thereafter, he also suffered an injury to his knee, sidetracking what was intended to be an explosive, career-defining year. The now top-contender, ranked number 10 on the planet and perfectly poised to seize the title of Heavyweight Champion of the World, found himself at a crossroads. To fight or not to fight. It was a difficult decision – the most difficult of his career. The attack had taken its toll on him both physically and mentally. He struggled with the decision for months. But in the end, the natural-born fighter in him won. And so, uncertain of his future and underestimating the trauma he’d sustained, he stepped back into the ring. But in the last 10 seconds of the last round of a bloody fight he was edging out on the score cards, David was knocked out cold. It was his first loss – ever – and cause for an entire reevaluation of his life. The “Pride of the 915” now knew he had to give himself a chance to heal, and so set down his gloves for a hiatus of undetermined length.

Unable to sit idle, and with an ever-growing urge to assist his community, David began telling others about his story through an anti bullying campaign that started organically but has now begun to pick up momentum. He speaks to detention facilities and school districts with a non-profit organization called “Lucid Love” (www.lucidlove.org), openly sharing a story of himself being bullied and in return being a bully to others. He speaks to the rage he carried into the ring and the roots from which it stemmed. He travels the country delivering a powerful and impactful message that is striking a nerve with countless who feel they have no voice. David has a newfound cause – and has taken his fight from the ring to the victims of this ever-increasing issue by raising awareness of bullying in its many current forms in our culture.

  1. Oh my God, I just saw an interview of Corey's with "Steve-o" from Jackass and he was saying that the Today Show was "a set-up" to "make him look bad", and the evidence for that, says Corey, is bcuz EVERY media outlet asked, from the minute he stepped off the stage was, "What was that strange performance?" And he thinks that it was a big conspiracy against him. I'm sad for Corey Haim's mom. Corey was a natural born star, good looking, charming, talented, likable. Haim ticked ALL the boxes, and bcuz of all the pedo predators in Hollyweird, the two Corey's felt like they only had each other. I didn't know his mom and sister hates Feldman, or that Haim didn't much like him. It's so sad about Corey Haim. Only the good die young. Thanks David. Prayers for your family.🙏

  2. must be something like an Epstein connection. I live in Minnesota. He was MY governor. I watched ALL of his shows and read one of his books. It doesn't seem possible for him to pull a 180, without More to the story, yes, some sort of blackmail, some sort of corruption/collusion. He USED TO STAND ONLY FOR THE TRUTH. Ugly or not. He faced it, and let it out of the bag. I know he never liked Walz! CROOK! CREEP! LET MY CITY BURN DOWN!

  3. 11:33 Whatever they were going for with that drawing… she is NOT black! AND she looks more Native Indian than Indian. I'm so glad DT & EM had their conversation on X. They destroyed the msm narrative. Did you see how cnn manipulated a section of their conversation? I sure hope they get sued to oblivion!!! (I saw the clip somewhere online).
@ 15:34 I totally agree with Nino! I too think he and JR are being handled & controlled. It's the only thing that makes sense.

  4. Corey Haim's mom is probably not gonna want to talk about his passing. She was pissed @ Feldman telling him not to talk about her son anymore. It's because her son was SA'd by C.S during the filming of 'Lucas'. Personally, I believe he died of dais by C.S. Corey Haim was repeatedly S.A by the men in the film industry just like J Bieber. It's awful. 😢 As for Feldman? I think he's lost it a long time ago. I still believe C.S DID s.a'd c.h in between the trailers during the filming of Lucas.🤬 C.H passed away right here in Toronto, Canada. rip

  5. Wow! I'm totally shocked over Jessie Ventura😮. Something is terribly wrong. Almost as if he went into hiding or perhaps threatened badly. He used to back down to nobody. What a complete switch.

  7. You should never vote on emotion. You should always research what they have done in the past what bills they support what organizations do they have foundations who are their donors who are their spouses and children and who do they work for because this is one big spiderweb and if you dig deep enough, you’ll see it’s the same people, they are all corrupt. They can’t let Trump be president whether they’re compromised from blackmail because they’re refusing to do some thing or maybe they’ve already done some thing and they’re being blackmailed or maybe it’s just power control and money. Trump knows and if he wins, he said in 2015 when he ran, he was going to drain the swamp, I think he knows better this time than last he is not politician. There was a lot of people put around him who were nefarious. He will make sure that there are hundreds of lawsuits going out for treason and crimes against humanity. These people cannot give up power they don’t care what they have to do or they have to hurt.

  8. I voted for Obama for this same reason I wanted to see the first black president in my lifetime. I was so excited and I am white. I had never heard of him even as a senator. I didn’t look up his past or his policy or anything I’ve voted on motion look where that got us.

  9. Then everybody wanted Hillary because she was going to be the first woman president and she was so confident that she was going to win and ever since she lost the Democrats their fingers at Donald Trump and blame him for everything that the Democrats are doing. I am not Republican nor Democrat I chose when I was 18 years old to become independent so I did not have affiliation to either party so that I could vote on the presidential candidate, who was going to have policies that aligned with my issues who wanted to change things for me at that period of time my family, my community my state my country. I’m going to be 60 years old. I’ve been through some presidents. I have never been not one time polled about any political issue whether it be community or county school board medical governor or president and I’ve lived in seven different states you would think at one point I would have been asked some sort of questions and I’ve never one time ever had jury duty L O L

  10. Kamala should have been a kindergarten teacher because she speaks in rhyme the wheels on the bus go round and round how many people love the yellow buses raise your hand and then she laughs like a hyena because I think she’s either too high or she forgets what she was even talking about sometimes I think she’s worse than Joe. At least Joe got things done in his younger years as a representative policies and laws that he voted in on whether we like them or not because he was an asshole back then but look at her record. what did she do? She ruined San Francisco she didn’t get her job on her On her hard work and compensation or maybe she did Willie Brown and those knee pads is what got her into being a DA and then an AG then I’m sure she met people that helped her get her senator job and her VP job man her knees must be black and blue

  11. I believe that Corey Haim i’ve seen her speak about Corey‘s death. It was very short and to the point I’ve never seen her do an interview. She doesn’t say a whole lot about the situation. Other than that Corey was depressed and using drugs I think she’s either been threatened or maybe she signed it DNA I don’t know if she would open up after all these years right before he died, do you remember the two Coreys the television show? I think it was on MTV you could see the pain and suffering that Cory had gone through. He tried so hard with sobriety in and out of rehab I believe that we don’t even know a smidge of what that boy went through Macaulay Culkin, you should see his band. They’re crazy too, but you can’t blame them. They all went through a lot of trauma and when you go through that much trauma, your brain fractures what I mean by that is you can’t take whatever’s happening so you conjure up this other personality maybe you’re only a five-year-old boy and this new personality is a 17 year-old boy or a 20-year-old girl and a lot of these young kids who are now adults like Britney Spears and Justin Bieber and Corey Feldman and Macaulay Culkin it’s almost like schizophrenia they have several what they call alters which are different personalities. A lot of them know each other and communicate some don’t some will stay hidden, and until they are needed others, you can be in a conversation with one person, and the other altar may come up and take over the conversation because that person didn’t want to talk about what you were talking about. It was too difficult. This is not conspiracy. This is real from survivors, you can look it up. It’s trauma based sometimes they have been especially celebrities through MK ultra programs. It’s really sad. I know you want to laugh at him but realistically he’s hurting he’s confused. He doesn’t know he really doesn’t know. I believe that you have to almost cry for him and pray for him.❤

  12. I’m torn between what Fred Durst is doing. He obviously knows that people are laughing at him and perhaps that is the whole object of this, but he hast to know being in the business especially rumors that have circled around for almost 40 years now about the two Coreys Macaulay Culkin Britney Spears Amanda Bynes oh my God she went really off the chain the Olsen twins, Justin Timberlake, Justin Bieber, I mean all those kids in that error and then we had Michael Jackson which I think he was innocent. I think they sent him up to get his entire catalog and I think that he too was fucked up even though he was a genius with music he was never allowed to be a child. His father was abusive that come out. His brothers were much older than him. They were forced to practice from the time they got home from school till midnight or 1 o’clock in the morning, maybe being around kids did let him be able to be himself be funny and act funny and have fun and have sleepovers because that’s what in his mind he thinks children I’ll do I can’t say for sure still but I don’t think that he molested those children all the celebrities they said no it was two boys that nobody ever fucking heard of that decides to make a documentary years later after he died that seemed like a set up as well Fred, I don’t know he can do this and make it funny and serious and let them have their fun and let Corey believe that he’s a hero and a rockstar. We’re all heroes and rock stars in our own way, how many people used to play our guitar in front of the mirror or drums or sing or put towels around your neck and pretend you were Superman? I don’t know. Think it’s sad, especially that he’s making money for his own gain by making fun of other people who are totally unaware.

  13. Don’t forget now that allegedly the person that started doing terrible things to Cory Haim is a very huge actor played with Corey in a movie played in several movies and then got not one not two but three huge shows on TV that lasted for a very long time one I won’t say the name, but he lived in Malibu with his brother and his brother sondo the research

  14. He owned the soda shop that was for all the kids to come. I can’t remember his name either. Cory both Coreys talked about it going to the soda shop. Don’t know if there was games there and snacks and drinks and stuff but I also heard Charlie saying yes also

  15. RFK Jr. has asked Kamala if she wins can he get a position in her administration. Joe Rogan has the appearance of being rogue compared to the rest of the world. He likes his position and he plays it to survive. But, in terms of the light of God he falls short on wisdom. The path for all of us will be getting narrower for God's sake.
