This video is of the Cape Flattery hike that we did on New Years Day 2023. It was 1 and 1/3 miles round trip with a lot of steps in the latter half. Very fun hike with amazing views. Cape Flattery and Tatoosh Island right offshore are the most NW land masses in the lower 48 United States. A $20 Makah recreation permit is required to park at the trailhead parking lot, the permit is good for the entire calendar year that it is purchased in. If coming from Bremerton it is a 3 and a half hour drive but very scenic and relaxing.

I forgot to mention that this trail is dog friendly. π
Thanks for sharing.
We did this trail when I was kid. I donβt think it had a boardwalk then.
It was foggy, my brother just about walked off the cliff in the fog!
Just to think, there are so many trails in my state that I have left to discover, in Colorado, too π
