  1. God reading some of this older lore on like ogres and orcs make me cringe. I’m kinda glad they changed most of it. Reading up on how orc society runs on r*pe just sound very fun to me. Mongrel men also make me laugh. Like “wow you race mixed to much, congratulations, you are a mutant now.” It’s pretty funny how they published that at the time.

  3. Man, all this art reminded me how Warhammer ogres are so dope!

MrRhexx: if you ever get tired of promoting the coast company I can recommend diving into Warhammer lore, especially now when Warhammer fantasy has a revival. The company is equally or even worse then WotC but there's a lot of bonkers lore.

  4. Sounds like my friend’s character Moak. INT of 5 and STR of 20.

Ogres are more dumb than skeletons. You could remove their brain, reanimate them, and they would be smarter in undeath than they were in life.

At one point, Moak reached apotheosis as it were… his intelligence hit 10… he was suddenly able to formulate coherent sentences, understood the concept of quality versus quantity, and mastered the concept of object permanence!

    Good ol’ Moak!

  5. im only 6 minutes into the video, but i came up with a question about ogre stupidity. Is it hereditary or can you take an ogre newborn and raise it in a specialized institution to create an ogre capable of becoming a competent and capable wizard?

  6. When you got to the part about Giant-Kin and you said "Firbolg"… it reminded me, if I ever finish my campaign both versions of the Firbolg will exist in my world… The Fairy Firbolg, and the larger red-headed Firbolg. I like them both.
