I’ve been enjoying my time with the game. But it definitely needed to be in the metaphorical oven for more optimization and content
with the game reviews, I feel like this is a paid promotion or something
Cool game.
This is why I love Splattercat. He pulls no punches, but he doesn't just say something is wrong. He makes valid points and suggestions to help direct how best to remedy something. Keep up the good work man!
Looks like quality of life and automation would make this a good title. As is it looks like it would get old fast.
Damn man, watched the first 15 min and was already in love with the idea but the final look and the steam reviews…
Maybe someday it’ll be fixed and tweaked.
of course the evil corporation sells "supplements" no regulation FTW! (In the US Medicine needs to go through rigorous testing and be approved by the FDA, supplements do not for some reason)
Damn. Another game that has an amazing idea, but the execution is p!ss pour and ruins the game. Can be fixed, yes, but these games at this point shouldn't fail as much as they do. And it released fully, yet to me and a lot others, is an EA game but no EA tag. Steam better stop doing that sht. Not the 1st game ive seen do that when if this game said EA, reviews may be less harsh
Oh. Can not wait for it to be released on torrents. Thanks for reviev.
That's too bad, I was really looking forward to this game, but it seems like it is missing quite a bit of basic functionality (like producing up to a limit should be baseline for these kinda games by now) and stuff that needs fixing.
Umbrella shelter 76🙏 love it
Ahhh a game about Pentex 🙂
6:55 you can see Bob's Burgers.
"None of our drugs actually do anything, but because we don't claim they do anything, it's actually legal"
Homeopathy in a nutshell. XD
Getting it's teeth kicked in on Steam, maybe let this one bake a little longer.
ah the classic "construction complete" voice in that neutral tone.
Great demonstration of the game and review. They are so close, yet so far. They need better play-testers or people who listen to the play-testers.
I actually saw the trailer for this then forgot the name, was looking for this game
– This one is definite;y a No for me, It had potential. Not HAS; had.
'the morning of the game coming out'… uhh squints don't see any early access indicators… that ain't good
Always happy to see your videos release. We appreciate you and your fun and informative videos!
A Evil Corporation franchise? Trust capitalism to ruin even evil geniuses.
Heads up, this game is a propper mess. Mostly Negative Reviews on steam type mess
How does staff suspicion work? In Evil Genius and Basement you could at least trust your goons to not rat you out.
Does sleeping and complaining about work count as what a pharmacist does in the free time? If so, this…customer service with a fancy degree 17:12
30 seconds in… SOLD WHERE IS THIS INDIE GAME IS IT STEAM, I'LL FIND IT!!!
edit: oh god steam reviews are not flattering.
My guy….it is good to see you making stuff again! ❤❤
It's got some rough edges but I can see myself playing this for hours. I've always wanted a game where you build the Hive from the Resident Evil movie.
Man, I'd want a refund on that protection money after the driveby.
People are surprised this game has major issues and is underdeveloped as an idea. but its Team 17, they are basically the poster child for "great idea, poor execution" every single one of their games is a good idea only half made, and then abandoned
Thanks for the review really well put to provide a solid view of the game
any change you can cover Vampire Clans since its on similar vibe?
Appreciated !!!
As-is I watched your video and wanted more from this game, so now I am forced to go to another YouTuber to watch a Let's Play for it. Have you ever considered doing Let's Plays of your most popular videos? It feels like you have an untapped market of people who want to see more of this game and potentially other games.
Broken on a fundamental level, its allmost impossible to even make it to your first franchise fee using the info you learn throughout the tutorial, and the tutorial doesnt even cover one of the most important game mechanics: avoiding suspicion, how to use your security forces and how to deal with the police. Infact theres an entire list of actions you can do with money to lower suspicions/find leaks in your ranks that is not touched by the tutorial! Same for the random events.. or monster break outs, or how to gather biomass and engage in the illegal research…
Also you get high levels of suspicion from the police without even engaging in any illegal activities wich leads to the police just gunning down your staff in the streets. Dunno if they have fixed the bug yet but that one alone makes the game allmost impossible. Also the rate at wich people loose stamina just by going to places is insane. Often you will send someone down into the sewers to dig out some rock.. they will blast one piece of rock and then have to return to the surface to rest because they ran out of stamina. And at the beginning you dont have the money to build facilities on the sewer level.
My first thought immediately on looking at it is 'Kairosoft'. They do this sort of game. Better, it sounds like.
Reminds me SIM Tower
I like games from this perspective , bases in XCOM were similar too. Do they have a name?
used to be flash game the same as this
Game has rather bad reviews…
The graphics and gameplay look a lot like they were inspired by "Basement" .
Okay, game aside: Just imagine a universe where Umbrella starts as a workspace/office renting MLM wellness company….
Undead Inc. But no undead. smh
So its basically a dr fauci simulator?
Its a shame you only do 30 minute videos because i would have liked to see more of the illegal research.
Sounds like a more in depth Zombie inc(i think it was) flash game where you ran a zombie corporation to eat all the humans
A damn shame it’s so buggy and half baked. I love the idea and would enjoy a game like this on console…
As usual, great concept terrible execution… the developer should play Fallout Shelter first or any other good side-view management game before making this game…
