The agencies that are audited by tyrant terminator have immunity only within their jurisdiction of “power's”. There are a total of 14 agencies including all their departments of the federal government, extended into the 50 States Executive Branches of he three branches. The fight is with these agencies and their departments!!!! These agencies are subcontractors to the federal government. These contractors and employees who take an oath to uphold the State and federal Constitution's having a physical location of doing business. That location where the audit takes place is where their office of the agency or contractor has agency s who take an oath to uphold that office. That agent is located in the particular physical exterior boundary lines of that State. Within that State contains two lands; one federal seat of government and one State seat of government. The agency or contractor only has jurisdiction of his or her powers under their oaths within the exclusive legislation of Congress of the federal areas; political subdivisions. Don't just stop with the ("Policy") Police department, retrieve all insurance bonds, as Illinois requires "Public Officials" to be bonded before they can take office.
