I pulled his c1 on his second banner. People say “if you use good rotations you don’t have to worry about cooldown!” But you can’t always do perfect rotations. If you get staggered it’s over. Plus having to always be paying attention to those tiny details just isn’t fun. So if you pulled him and regretted it, his c1 makes him so fun.
Nah, imma pull for Rex lapis C1 instead.
He need xiangling to maximize his potential, xiangling need bennet to maximize her potential.. so bennet is the key..
