  1. looks more like they have contact damage around the corner than they are shooting through corners
but I gotta say, at first I got a similar feeling of confusion with Undergrave regarding melee attacks and contact damage, even though it is turn based. maybe dev would want a tutorial at first, or maybe not. welp, off we gaem

  2. I remember playing Superhot and I used to constantly trip on the time flow difference when you shoot. Since time flows only when you move, everything is in slow-mo. However, firing a gun breaks that rule because 1-click results in you pulling the trigger and the bullet leaving the chamber so whenever you did this, enemies' bullets would "speed up" because you pulled the trigger. A similar principle is true in this game, but for dashing. Time moves slowly and you can maneuver around bullets, but dashing will "speed them up" so you gotta take that into account before every dash. Pretty cool concept and I like the execution a lot. There is a lot more that could be added and tweaked, but the core concept is amazing to me.

  3. I think a double speed button (maybe on one of the triggers?) would be a good addition. That way, if your best move is to just hang tight while the penguin's laser is flying past you, you don't have to wait as long 🙂
