With the help of Roger and fellow riders Dawn, Henry, and Aaron, I put the Lynx through its paces at a well known local trail that offers lots of opportunities for testing wheel capabilities. We compare it to the Veteran Patton, Sherman S, Master, and Extreme.

I support EWheels. Why? Because of their selection, price, and perhaps most importantly, Jason’s dedication to customer satisfaction and his ongoing support of the community. I wish you a "free of pain" ride soon 😖
Yo brother
What trail is this? I'm looking for new trails in SoCal area to ride
I can attest that the SS is coggy when really being torqued. I’ve never overtorqued it, but the grunting discourages me from asking much more from it. I’m glad the SS got so much attention in this video. I love the wheel. Just goes to ahow that even the great wheels have their weaknesses. Use case, blah, blah, blah
Pads will make or break a wheel.
So much fomo by everyone for the lynx and so many other wheel opportunities to snatch up in it's wake.
Since the Patton rider is probably heavier you need to put some dampening on the suspension, hence the klonk. Also no wonder the Sherman S was getting hot on that concrete climb, he was doing pendulums before going up. 😅
Roger in top form 😮👍
The Braking tests were pretty Kewl to see. It gives you an idea of what these Wheels can do in a Hard Braking event. I was wondering, do Any of these models use Regenerative Braking and if so, are there any options on Braking forces as there are with acceleration forces ?
What’s the weatherproofing on this? Would you. Be worried if you got caught in a rainstorm or drove it through a small puddle?
Very cool, now they need to make a veteran like the T-4, but improved performance for around that price and it’ll sell like hotcakes
Brave man letting Roger test your personal wheel 😂
1:02:35 I am interested in some more comparison between the Lynx and the Patton going uphill ! I am pretty sure the Patton is not far behind the Lynx when torque is involved.
Best comparaison ever😍
Very good that you take it easy with your ankle! I had a tibia plateau fracture (knee) because I got hit by a delivery van which didn't gave me priority on a crossing at the bike path. The doctors performed surgery on the 5th of September. I'm allowed to walk on my insured leg again since the 1st of November. Now (3 weeks later) I can walk a short distance without crutches. (Dis)mounting is possible again on my Sherman S, not totally without pain so I will wait a bit to actually ride again. I hope your ankle will heal soon and don't have pain anymore!
yo AARRON!!!!!!!!! Get at your boy!!!!! dirty jerz……
hell yeah, THAT WAS CLEAN AS EVER CLEAR!!! Aaron got skills to pay the bills!!
I must say.. I have a "Sherman S batch 3" and a "OG Sherman batch 4". Sherman S is a much cooler wheel compared to OG. Its high 8 degrees C here in jersey and my OG runs at high 30's C while my Sherman S drops to low 20's C. In summer I never have to worry about my Sherman S over heating in hot weather. even up hill. In fact the faster it rides the cooler it gets. my opinion.
👍
Awesome
I’m getting one hour with the Lynx tomorrow 🤩😁
Damn Roger’s like a bat out of hell lol 10:20
This videos incredible ⚡️⚡️⚡️
After Roger says it's a good wheel you say "if you are ok with a 16 inch wheel" but just also were saying that you felt like you missed the extreme. You have a pet peeve for the patton or something? 😅
Should I go for first batch or wait till 2nd or third batch ? Im on a V12 HT right now.
