As usual on a night drive through Jim Corbett National park, we came across the tragic news of the death of the maneater Tigress at the rescue centre. It was the same tigress we very first spotted. Somehow the loss feels very personal.

Bhai, poecupine se leopard bahut kam chotil hote hai tiger ke mukable. Leopard apne shikar ko peeche se hamla kerta hai per shahi( porcupine ) ko samne se, per tiger aadatan peeche se hamla kerta hai. Porcupine peeche bhag ker ( runs backward ) apna bachav kerta hai jis se uske sqills bagh ke sharir me dhas jaate hain. Leopard shayad hi kabhi is wajah se man-eater hua ho, per tiger bahut hue hain. Pata nahi tiger jaisa intelligent jeev aisi galati kyo kerta hai. Leopard bahut shatir hote hain. 10 saal koi bahut zyada umra nahi hai tiger ke liye wild me, ki mout ho jae. But it is always sad, the death of a magnificent beast, whatever the cause. Pride of our forest and country.
