I absolutely love Lenka Filonenko's books! She's one of my favorite "newer" artists.
Ugh! I hate Amazon paper. I tear apart all of my books and copy the art to my favorite paper. Lol. I would never color on Amazon paper ….dont think their paper has improved one bit. On the other hand!; its wonderful that some people can actually color on that paper and not be as __itchy about the paper as I am. I'm just a tad bit particular about my paper! Lol. I need to change my attitude!
Omg!! I got suspended from school by biology teacher just like yours. Mine had chalk boards that went around the entire classroom. One day I got to class before my teacher did. So I proceeded to o erase all of those boards. Still makes me giggle. My dad realized how bored I was (due to this incident and a few others) and pulled me out of school and enrolled my butt in college. I actually got my first BS (in nursing) 2 months before my class graduated from HS. My principal made me wait for that diploma and walk with my class to graduate!!! We must be related somewhere!!!

Hello Ann I sat and watched the whole video and started getting my babies ready for halloween lol i do really love those coloring books but right now i have my babies and model trains and my dollhouses and another Christmas project I will be doing so my hands is full right now so coloring for me will have to wait lol. This is a beautiful book. I ordered two of Lenka’s books and just received them in the mail so I haven’t looked at them yet. I also signed up for her emails and one of them shows you how to color skin. I think the picture with the swan could be colored in grays. And OMG Oliver and Ramen are so fllippin’ adorable and snuggly. I love it when kitties do this. You can tell they have a good kittie mama. I could’ve watched them much longer than what you showed them but I am a big cat person too so….
That Spirit Animal book is incredible Ann! I ordered it (tripped down the rabbit hole again**yikes!!**) and can't wait to see you coloring in it and I will watch and follow right along with you, how very fun….I also ordered some prisma colored pencils **sigh**and, I'll have my zero coke, pepper jack cheese, pickle and olive snack right along with you, can't wait!
