  1. The Temps second hit, of four, from their upcoming album, "With A Lot of Soul". I love the single version of "Creeque Alley", as featured here, because of the instruments that are heard. "Little Bit Of Soul" would be the biggest hit for Laurie Records until Dion's comeback hit in 1968. Jefferson Airplane had a great million seller album, "Surrealistic Pillow". "Somebody To Love" but I prefer their follow up, "White Rabbit", a twist on Alice In Wonderland". White Rabbit peaked at #8 in August.

Other top ten songs this month: Spanky and Our Gang with one the fastest rising singles of the year, "Sunday Will Never Be The Same", which peaked at #9. Tommy James and the Shondells' hit, "Mirage"(a reverse playback of "I Think We're Alone Now), that peaked at #10.

Top 20 hits include: The Fifth Estate's, "Ding Dong, The Witch Is Dead"(based on the tune from The Wizard of Oz) peaked at #11. Jon and Robin's "Do It Again-A Little Bit Slower" peaked at #18, The Four Tops' "7 Rooms of Gloom" that peaked at #14 and Parade with Stuart Margolin(of 'Love American Style" fame) with "Sunshine Girl", that peaked at #20.

Great as always but July will be awesome!
