Nice job – You beat me to the punch at the 31 minute mark when you mentioned the money situation beyond this off season but post 2023-2024 season as well when Schneider , Kakko and Lindgren are due new contracts . The hard cap in this sport has good points and bad points – the Tampa Bay Stanley Cup run becomes more an oddity than norm -team dynasties will be harder to come by when you just can't even keep all your home grown talent if/when they play well – the better they play -the more they make -the more they make the less talent you can keep and be under the cap .
I would try Julian in the top 6 because I’m not messing with the kid line at all. Those 3 need to stay together because they have the best chemistry when playing together and many times look like the best Ranger line

Thank You. That's what I've been saying all along. Why not give Gauthier a chance on The Top Line with Zibenejad & Kreider, or, Gauthier. Kravtsov And Goodrow (and some Alternating) on A Quick, Playmaking, Tough 4th Line
The only problem with Kravtsov is that The Only Team That Had Been Pursuing Him Aggressively Was Jim Gorton/Montreal Canadiens, who won't part with Someone (Caufield) that they have.
