The BSAA… The answer is clear!!!
THEY ARE CORRUPTED!! In Revelation, RE5, RE6… If you look at the details, they aren't angels! They accepted money from people that weren't clean! So it's not a surprise when you bring all pieces together! Chris's affiliation today isn't that a shock when we realize everything!
Umbrella… Why putting that on the list?! Look at the details of the creation of that company, what they're doing in the light and in the shadow! And what they do to get save themselves and buying times when they're in trouble!
Jill Valentine… Come on seriously?!! She was ''used'' by Wesker during the RE5 story and she has to be tested and tested to make sure she's safe and all! It's in the document in REV2! And she's not young anymore! Yes Chris does continue working but it's a matter of time before he retires. And Jill suffered more than ANYONE in the franchise! More than Leon and Chris combined!! If she has enough, totally understand her! Her only viable returns should be as a councelor or a short scene as guidance to our protagonists. Nothing more!
For Ethan, it's the same thing for the BSAA… Yes in the end it's so weird and looking unclean but it does makes sense.
And why it's hidden? IT'S BECAUSE OF HER WIFE!!! Because if she reveals the truth to Ethan, it'll change EVERYTHING in the story! Ethan will be a rat in a lab, Ethan will surely divorce of Mia because he will know the truth about Mia… Even Mia's job, Ethan doesn't know it or doesn't have the entire story to make realize how awful two-faced liar she was!
I really enjoy your content MojoPlays but you guys behind the scenes need to do the proper research or hire better employees who write and have proper knowledge of the topics you talk about. Every time I have been watching your list recently, I just get cringe with whom is writing these. I now sound like a critic who's entitled but what I'm really just trying to get at is don't cut yourselves short and keep making the great content that gave you access to make this sub-channel. I believe the whole Ethan Winters situation was explained in the game. His body basically completely bonded with the mold, which is why he was able to undergo so much punishment is still come out relatively unscathed. However, once mother Miranda rips out his heart, he is basically on borrowed time.
The BSAA part isnt such a mystery actually. Remember in RE5 where Tricell was involved? Tricell was one of the main sponsors for BSAA and they were the bad guys in RE5. So maybe BSAA is no longer with the UN or the UN itself is not so much the 'good guys' everyone think they are (much like in real life)
I believe it's safe to say that Capcom would like to pretend that RE6 never happened because Helena, Jake and Piers have never been brought up again to this date, even after 10 years. So nobody cares what happened to Jake Muller. 😂

I assume the mold is immortal. I don't think Ethan destroyed it.
Fun fact: If you watch RE damnation, in the end credits scene. Ada sent the Plaga sample to Derrick Simmons in exchange for money. Which lead to believe that the C virus not only contains T Veronica and G virus, but also the master plaga sample. Which is why most enemies in RE6 were intelligent like in 4 and 5.
The people who wrote this didn’t even reread it. The first “question” wasn’t even a question. You just stated the fact that Umbrella’s very important research ended up on the black market. Okay? Where’s the question? Also, they literally tell you why sherry is immune and they literally tell you there’s a T-virus cure (in fact there are multiple). You can tell the writers didn’t play the games.
I have one…how did the Duke knows the Merchant? In one of Duke dialogue he said this “what are ya buying? Just an old friend said”
Why do you show James Marcus getting assassinated when talking about the Spencer Mansion? That's not what caused the outbreak, he contaminated Training Facility. Also Sherry's abilities are a direct result of her getting the vaccine to suppress the G-Virus negative effects. Also don't be a Gen-Z fool and use words like 'bizzay', in fact never do anything those idiots do you wouldn't want to be confused with one of those unintelligent modern day 'tech zombies'. The complete idiots that know nothing besides what they can look up on their phone then forget or more likely remember incorrectly and try to state as fact. Back in the 80's and 90's, we actually LEARNED in school and it was possible to fail unlike these failures that are just given pieces of paper so their precious feelings aren't hurt.

I forget when and where but I'm sure I read that Wesker was under orders to make sure the Berkins got together, so I'm convinced that William was under orders himself to get Wesker laid at some point in time.
The Mold was able to mimic Ethan's original human form perfectly. It may have been why regular tests were able to pick out any huge abnormalities aside from his healing factor.

The mystery I want to know is WHY DIDN'T LEON HOOK UP WITH CLAIR?!?!
Sherry's immunity can't be passed on because the infected person with the g virus searches for someone with genetic similarities like William and sherry
Another mystery is who does ada wong work for
Sherry's healing abilities was kinda explained in game. She was infected with the G-Virus but was successfully healed. Now instead of the G-Virus mutating and producing body mass rapidly like her father, the virus within Sherry was put in a "dormant" state and will only produce body mass when it needs to, thus granting Sherry the ability to regenerate. For context, the G-Virus' ability is to grow and produce tumor-like body mass (hence why Birkin mutated the way we see in game) unlike the T-Virus that deteorate/consume the host's body.
For me the Biggest Mysteries are Mother Miranda and her Magical Glowing Tumour … like not once in more than 20 years of the series’ history was Spencer EVER known to have “been taught everything he knows by Miranda”. I could forgive it if we say found a hidden photo of Miranda alongside them in Spencer’s desk drawer (not unlike Wesker and the Rebecca pic) or even just a name drop, but no. NOT ONCE was this woman mentioned, and now she’s suddenly the metaphorical “Mother of Umbrella”?
And don’t even get me started on the Magical Glowing Tumour! If I understood the story correctly Miranda is several centuries old and her baby died during a plague (might’ve been the Black Death but I honestly forgot) so the brilliant plan she devised was to use this giant glowing tumour to bring her dead daughter back to life … using Ethan’s daughter as a sacrifice … after that kid was chopped into pieces and SOMEHOW she managed to reform as herself AND take all of Miranda’s mound powers???
No. Not happening. I’m officially ignoring Miranda’s existence because she’s an ACTUAL F*CKING WITCH in a series based in sci-fi horror! Sheesh 😒😒😒
My biggest question is why did they make trash like RE0, Operation Raccoon City is more playable xD
Actually the merchant in RE4 was infected, it was explained in the strategy guide for RE4 that he was infected with the Las Plagas, but that he controlled it very well and it didn't affect him like the other villagers.
"At the release of Resident Evil 4, The Merchant was thought to be a Ganado, a human infected with the parasite Las Plagas. Yet, contrary to other infected beings, The Merchant seems to keep all his mental faculties intact, staying completely out of the control of the hive-mind all the Ganados share."

That was not a "shocking revelation" in RE8 that Ethan died in RE7 and the Mold brought him back! Most of us RE fans saw that coming miles away! I even made bets in my group on PS and won $200!
I think the biggest mystery is Ada’s goal, that even Capcom don’t know what it is

What was buried under the site where the progenitor flowers were growing?
If you read one of the RE5 files, you will read they try to cultivate them in a laboratory and they grew, but with not the progenitor properties.
My question is then, what was buried there?
I always interpreted it as Ethan was a Swamp Thing situation. The Ethan you play from the beginning of RE7 until the end of the Mia boss fight is Ethan. Everything after that is a Mold that thinks it's Ethan.
And my biggest question is why is it that the only two protagonists who have ever been infected, Jill and Leon, have never met?
