  1. There is a button on the machine somewhere that says service. Press It and it will make a light on top of the machine turn white. Then someone will come by and fix it. Oh and that guy should be fired for not knowing what to do. I will never play there

  4. Happened 2 me 2 days ago at a new casino. Frozen on an offer of 20. Tech had to reset that took abt 15 minutes. Machines has memory so it just replayed the last spin. I guess it happens more often than I thought.

  10. Umm this slot tech needs to be retrained or fired. How are you working here and not understanding the games? "Why does it say try again?" "Can we spin it?" "Is this a touch screen?" Huh?
    After checking/opening the panels, the next thing is to do a reset. Slots have a battery for backup so they don't lose the data. That's why when it restarted, it replayed the last spin which launched into the bonus.

  13. I have had this happen to me several times on various slots. I could not press any buttons to start the bonus. All these new slots record every game, every bet and every loss or win. A slot technician can replay any spin at any time to verify any loss or win or bonuses. All the machine did was replay your spin that awarded the Top Dollar bonus and it replayed the first offer. Nothing was different from the original spin.

  16. Open door, turn jackpot key, recalibrate touch screen, close door. Problem solved. Tech needs better training. Also rebooting the machine will ALWAYS cause the bonus to resume right where it left off.

  18. i had a similar thing happen during a bonus at Borgata in AC. They came over and reset it, and it did the same thing….cycled through the whole bonus. The machines are actually required to store this info just for instances like this. BTW, the slot manager stopped by and gave me $100 in freeplay for the inconvenience…..
