To give an idea of how terrible the Black Rage is, when the Black Rage first manifested in the Blood Angels during the Siege of Terra, most of the Blood Angels planetside started murdering the Traitor Legions super hard and screaming about killing Horus like lunatics, and it was so bad that the Traitor Legions didn't just retreat, they RAN AWAY IN FEAR.

    For those that don't know, the Emperor proclaimed that his Space Marines would 'know no fear', and by God did he mean it; all Space Marines are psychologically conditioned through hypnotic indoctrination and CRUSHING training to essentially stop feeling fear, so the threat of pain, torture, death, and the existential dread of the 40k universe stops affecting them entirely, and it takes a LOT to override that conditioning and make a Space Marine feel genuine fear towards something, which is why Konrad Curze and the Night Lords were so infamous during the Heresy; they ran terror campaigns against the Loyalist Legions and they ACTUALLY SUCCEEDED in scaring them, although that's more a reflection of Konrad's prodigious knowledge and mastery over psychological warfare, because the Night Lords Legion as a whole are cowards and scum that flee the moment they think they might be in a dangerous situation.

    Back on topic, making Space Marines afraid is hard, but when the World Eaters, the blood-crazed berserking psycho-murderers of Khorne, and the Emperor's Children, the depraved degenerates of Slaanesh that get off on being stabbed to death, are both RUNNING AWAY IN FEAR you KNOW it's bad…

  8. 50:50 OOF. I have like 4k points worth of Tyranids (I am too scared to do the math) unpainted on my shelf… (Though I also bought them only last year going into autumn and there has literally not been a single day since then that would allow me to use spray primer. ARGH.)

  9. Unfortunately the emperor can't become a dreadnaught or some kind of super dreadnaught. Because if he or the golden throne left Terra then the hole magnus the red opned up would let demons invade Terra. So no Dreadperor for you XD The emperor is literally sitting on the toilet like that dude from dreamcatcher while the alien buttsnakes are trying to get in and nom Terra.

  10. 44:08 I mean, the God Emperor has been canonically confirmed by Malcador to be a master shape shifter in one of the 40K books. So much so that even the Emperor often wondered if people saw their visage the way he intended, or if mid conversation/situation he would just stop functioning as a physical being. Like talking without any mouth movements, or accidentally thinking out loud into the Warp itself. Or his physique shifting into other forms subconsciously because of how much power he had, and how second nature his shape shifting became. Given that in 40K lore, he was beings like Jesus and Moses before his first Galactic Crusade, it is possible.

Unironically Mark of Chaos is a severely underrated Warhammer fantasy rts especially when your hero starts dueling an enemy hero and you get to use their cool over the top duel skills and abilities, plus the Chaos the storyline where you get to choose between Nurgle or Korne and get demons attuned to each one to help and the ending is changed too based on the one you choose. Also, you have got to play or atleast try Total War Warhammer it's so good and so fun and the amount of factions and lords you can play as are ridiculous, also Druchii > all other Warhammer fantasy races.
