Dan use two guns to help mitigate reload times on bosses.

Take Dan's dating advice as serious as you'd take his gungeon advice. Coffee dates are great first dates because there is no pressure. They can be 15 minutes or they can be an hour. If it's going well, ask if they want to go for a walk (if it's not too hot), or if they're hungry, or anything like that. Maybe look up what's in the area near the coffee shop, aquariums, museums, etc.
Coffee as a 2nd date, that's where Dan's right. They're taking you there to let you down easy.
