I just came back to PS2 after 6 years, and just enjoy it 🙂
20 years of Planetside. Saw a video of a epic battle like 100vs100 and instantly fell in love.
20 years of Planetside. WoW got boring in 2013 and a Steam search for MMOs suggested PS2. What a fun ride it has been.

I remember joining this game in March 2014 when I was still in school, so while everyone else was playing COD, I was looking for a game I could play that was free.
I think I put in around 600 hours until I took a break due to school, and back then, that was a lot of time in a game!
I saw this game had been added to Steam I came back around 2018? And have put in a good amount of hours since.
I'm glad this game is still around so I can both relive a childhood game, as well as experience it's growth and development over the years.
20 years… Damn does that make me feel old. So many good memories of PS1. The dumb fights at the towers with their doors… Going down the rabbit hole to try and take that damn radar facility… Running across the roof of an AMP station to save the generator. Hacking and stealing enemy vehicles… LOCKERS! OH how I miss having lockers to store stolen enemy weapons in! Or kitting out that cloaking ATV with extra mag shot ammo for my cloak suit… Sprinting across the fields as a giant group of maxes. Man did PS1 do so many things right.
20 years of Planetside! What an impressive number that is. While I myself havent' been too active in the community, I remember fondly the old TotalBiscuit days.
That aside, I doubt I would have stuck around this long had it not been for you Commander, so thank you as well for being such a treat for the unity of PS as a franchise

20 years of planetside, I love this game. I first saw the trailer back in the day, but my potato laptop couldn't run it, I'm a level 67 TR now, started back in 2017❤

I first started around 2016-2017, I had a slow start but soon came to own an outfit named "The BloodStone Legion" on the emerald server. It started out slow and we soon started to see an increase of players in our ranks and eventually started to compete with some of the bigger outfits of the TR side and won multiple alerts for our faction. We even decided that we were basically a training outfit but we also liked to be organized, we we took in low level players and showed them how to play the game in every aspect such as flying, ground vehicle fighting, point holds, INF combat, how to play the classes, etc. Almost all of my members that eventually leveled up beside me and others were newbies that nobody wanted to help and wandered around getting got by the sweaty players and then losing interest in the game until we helped them through the learning curve and they were finally having fun playing the game and were apart of big OPS that we organized to take over the whole continent. We would go too warpgates and talk in local chat, "We are running some training squads and can help out anyone that wants to learn and have a good time." We would then at the end of our play sessions when we were about to get off, offer invites to our Discord/Outfit to anyone that wished to help other players as well and make the TR proud of it's soldiers! Unfortunately the outfit is mostly quiet now because everyone got burnt out after playing for 3-4 years of doing basically the same thing, only sometimes playing a little bit with each other until they took a break again. But I am proud to say that we had fun despite it all at the end of the day. I myself get on sometimes to see what the new updates are about and always remember the good times we had together as i stared at the outfit screen… The BloodStone Legion.
20 years of planetside. I start with my father at the start of PS2 and play casually since then, when I have time and by 3 to 4 weeks before going away for a few months before coming back, and so on since 😆
20 years of Planetside. Found the game around 2013, didn't play much at the time tho because of my pc and internet being what they were. But I kept up to date with the game throughout the years, I was hooked on the whole scale that ps2 could offer, and started playing regularly since 2020.

20 years of planetside! I started playing in 2015 to 2019. Then I stopped for about Three years and just came back!
20 years of planetside wow. To start of I started playing the game since 2015 at this time I just got my ps4 and I had no games to play. But there was planetside 2 it was free ofc so I looked at the trailer and said let’s give l it a try. Nevertheless the game didn’t disappoint. I still play it up till this very day. Through the years I told my friends to play it I still kept the game in my Home Screen and played for 8 years. All I can say is that I’m thankful for discovering this game and hope for more to come. Hopefully planetside 3 🙏 😂
