It seems that the closer The Curse of Oak Island Team gets to the treasure below the Money Pit, the more they experience major setbacks! Could this be the end of the Garden Shaft access to the Money Pit Treasure?

Hi Jeff , According to , (2 Maccabees 2:4-8) the Tent , the Ark , and the Altar of Incense , were taken to "Mount Sinai" placed in the chamber of a cave , then the entrance to the cave was sealed , by "Jeremiah" , and will remain there untill a time of God's choosing …

4) The same document also tells how the prophet , in virtue of an oracle, ordered that the tent and the ark should accompany him, and how he went to the very mountain that Moses climbed to behold God’s inheritance.
5 ) When Jeremiah arrived there, he found a chamber in a cave in which he put the tent, the ark, and the altar of incense; then he sealed the entrance.
6) Some of those who followed him came up intending to mark the path, but they could not find it.
7) When Jeremiah heard of this, he reproved them: “The place is to remain unknown until God gathers his people together again and shows them mercy.
8) Then the Lord will disclose these things, and the glory of the Lord and the cloud will be seen, just as they appeared in the time of Moses and of Solomon when he prayed that the place* might be greatly sanctified .
In verse 4 : ['He went to the very mountain that Moses climbed to behold God’s inheritance'} ~ Moses climbed "Mount Sinai", it was there Moses received the Ten Commandments from God and established the Covenant between God and the Israelites …
Verse 5 tells who ~ "Jeremiah" …
Jeremiah was the Prophet during the time of the Babylonian siege and destruction of Solomon's Temple , the same Jeremiah of the book of Jeremiah in the Bible … God commanded Jeremiah to warn the people of Jerusalem that if they did not repent, the city would be destroyed and they would be carried away captives (Jeremiah 11:9-13) …
Jeremiah's prophecy about the Ark of the Covenant …
"Jeremiah 3:16" ~ "And it shall come to pass, when ye be multiplied and increased in the land, in those days, saith the LORD, they shall say no more, The ark of the covenant of the LORD: neither shall it come to mind: neither shall they remember it; neither shall they visit it; neither shall that be done any more" …

There is a old gentleman and I dont remember his name, he did a show on Dan Browne books. He traces many churches in and around Europe. They are round Templar churches and they make up all kinds of patterns. They also talk about astrolaves and their uses back in those days. They are not quite as accurate as some methods of navigation but it was the best at that time. You can probably find it with a little research. Personally Im afraid of info overload.
It seems impossible that knowing all the history of searcher tunnels getting filled with water that the Lagina's didn't have a plan if they encountered this problem.

Why is the stone road not seem to go in the direction to where they are digging? If they where using the stone road to bring in what they were burying wouldn't the end of the road be where they were burying it?
