  1. All of these ‘relatable’ politicians and money moguls are just signals of virtue. None of these people care about you or I. The sooner people realize this, the sooner we can clean up American politics. We are sick and rotting with greed, our senate, congress and presidential cabinet is gerrymandered to all hell. These people are all in kahoots with one another. From Chuck Schumer to Trump, these people are all bad, and need to be purged.

  3. Another interesting part to this whole thing, Sam’s mother Barbra Fried is a cofounder of the democratic fundraising company, mind the gap. It’s pretty messed up when you think that her son became a billionaire over night and they could help push that money onto our government officials to basically make them do what they wanted

  4. Let's not ignore the fact that a lot of SBF's "donations" were extremely political in nature and sort of make it appear as if the only reason this self-described Ponzi scheme was never investigated is because SBF had politicians in his pocket via "charitable donations." Really SBF was a chrony capitalist oligarch who played fast and loose with the financial system without sufficient risk management to back that up. So when he started to take a hit, the house of cards collapsed extraordinarily rapidly.

  5. Tye box allegory is literally just economics, nothing is worth what we pay for it, and what he does isn't a Ponzi scheme, if it was, everything could be considered a Ponzi scheme

  6. Listening to someone who doesnt understand finance ad business try to explain finance and business is brutally painful, but here's the world we live in, people taking advice from and listening to, random dudes on the internet who don't have a clue what they are talking about is what allowed a scam like FTX to perpetuate in the first place.
