Hi Coach Hayes! I heard something from the fourth caller that is so true. Does Mario actually bring all the other coaches in when we get to hiring an OC or DC, to be a part of the interview process? It seems like we discover differences between an OC or a DC and the rest of the assistants, AFTER the fact, when they are hired. I would put all of the assistances in the room, and hammer that possible OC or DC with questions until it's fully determined that they can all work together! GO CANES! GO COACH HAYES!!!
