Love the horde base design! I'm just about to fire up A21 for the first time myself, and I might take some inspiration from your design!
if a dog manages to get pushed onto a ladder it can definitely climb the rest of the way up. They can't deliberately do it normally, but they now can 'jump in place' if they can't reach you….and if they accidentally attach to the ladder…up they come.
Maybe it's simulating picking up all the spent brass casings after the fight?
I think the beer would be something like an antiseptic, maybe? Is there any other alcohol in the game? I can't remember 😅

5:25 – I bet that in Infested version of this POI/quest, they would be there.
19:11 – It's because it's not the one for expierience, it's the one for bartering, I am almost sure that the amount of stuff necessary to make it, is exactly the same as it was in Alpha 20.
and yes, the one for expierience do require dog food.
32:13 – I still remember back in Alpha 1, when spikes oneshoted any zombie and a player, walking next to them was so scary and stressful.
47:39 – You need an alcohol, which perfectly makes sense, but since they removed "Grain alcohol" item, they replaced it with beer, which… do not make much sense unfortunately.

i would assume you need beer as the "alcohol" component since there isn't any other in the game.

Capp, I think you were hitting the Backhoe with some of those shots. You can see them spark a couple feet in front of the muzzle flash when you hit it. The hitbox around the arm/hoe is bigger than necessary, so it was getting in the way.

For almost 80 days of DF both you and the zombies stepped around that kitchen mine. Even when the zombies figured your kitchen was the logical path to your two hoard bases across the streets.
15:07, I've noticed that if the Trader is in a loaded Chunk, the doors close.
I've been within render distance and watched them close.
Same Trader, if I'm nowhere near, the doors don't seem to close.

The pack of dogs brought back memories of Neebs Gaming having all of those rabbits in the Poopy Pants Daycare. I also like a number of the names you use: Sylvia, Skeletor, Walt and Arlene. I added Jessie when two hazmat guys show up and use a lot of Glock9's names such as Kenny, Mo, Big Momma, and Skinny Pete.
