They could've just called it 'Yesterday'.
The fact that they're going to 'stall' release of the game to dump a ton of funds to 'fight the litigation' rather than just change the name and do a little rebranding when it's definitely not released boggles the mind. Take the opportunity to find a better name and secure the TM before making it public. I've been musing ideas during this video and Our Day Before sounded pleasant enough. Still, the whole *F@! thing feels like a sham with too many inconsistencies to bear reputable fruit.
I have a theory.
The day before app created this fake game as an ad to their app. Or the game devs are using this problem to their advantage to push delays as much as they want, thats why they didnt respond to the trademark resolution emails.
The game should be called. before yesterday or. The delay days. 😂

Nobody will confuse day before game and day before calendar app so this shouldn't be an issue
No offense but you're not reporting anything new so I understand you gotta make your money and you gotta get the people to come in to watch these videos but nobody cares and on top of that you may want to start moving your content to something else Because only 5% of the youtubers even talk about this game Half of the stuff that you're talking about was already known 2 months ago
I want to clarify that I'm not trying to be a toxic individual when I say this, but this whole day after thing has to die! We have to stop covering them. I know a lot of people were let down! Because we all wanted this game so bad, but it's just not coming and with content creators still covering it when there is clearly nothing there. Is keeping these guys alive because rather you want to believe it or not bad publicity is still good publicity to these guys. So to truly get justice we need to just silence the whole matter. Let me clarify again I'm not trying to be toxic and I'm certainly not calling out any content makers individually I'm just saying as a whole we need to stop bringing light to these guys.

They could've easily changed the name and release the game. Sounds like they're fighting over the name so they have an excuse to work on the game, the gameplay looked like they just worked on it, it's downgraded to hell & full of reused assets that weren't even changed up

At this point the company is kicking a dead horse if they had stick to like the previous build with the cartoonish like vibe where u play in the snow and are able to break stuff the game would be more promising but as soon as i personally saw the trailer i had like watchdogs vibes where the graphics were not real it looked to good to be true and with everything comin to light the gut feeling was right

would i buy this, i wouldnt even try it if it was free because even if it was free they would try to scam using other ingame currency systems and or battle pass's etc
also the female character model. ive seen this somewhere. just the way she moves has state of decay 2 ringing bells in my head
not to mention the others that did the research on the company itself and how the team making this game has flipped multiple times the people behind it now are not even the original team that started it.
