From the first time this was done and I rode my bike I was scared those ribs of that gutter will collapse. There are trucks that pass over it causing it to break or bend. Now the rains are going to start. When the water logging happens, nothing will be visible and at that point of time, it will be even more disastrous. There are better solutions to these type of gutters. Where is the MLA? what happened to the MAPUSA MUNICIPAL COUNCIL? Waiting for someone to lose their life and then act? Mr.Naik ,thank your ,a million ,,,but its not only that……the entire stretch of road from ,the Mapusa New bridge ,thru aldona bus stand to taxi stand ,has been the same before covid ,,infact its gone worse with continue digging. Graves for politicians😢😢😢

Especially when on 2 wheeler and apply brake on this the bike slips. For now they should repair immediately and after rains becomes less replace with concrete slabs

What about the gutters near the Mapusa church? Till date nothing has been done. Are they waiting for tragedy to strike? When it rains heavily the gutters overflow and you cannot even make out which is the road. Mr. Shekar Naik had highlighted this issue a while back but I guess the concerned authorities are still in deep slumber. How long does it take to cover the gutters? Why can it not be taken up as a priority? As it is the entire stretch is bad and if you travel by bike you get a terrible back ache riding on that stretch. MLA, MMC, PWD wake up and sort this issue asap.

Same situation at Tar junction under flyover all the steel fabrication is bent because of heavy trucks. When will concerned Authority wake up ???
