This was one hell of a challenge. It took constant tinkering with my army setup.
Crucial preparations include:
– stealing gold like crazy with thievery characters from chapters 1 to 11. I tried to have Stefan and 2 other characters with thievery attack every turn.
– buying every horse and horse mercenary I can, so I can field all the horsebows / valkyrie / artillery.
– Focusing on the “Crafts and Technology” tech tree so I can have cannons, and lots of iron to use.
– The majority of my units are: Militia to Acolyte to Valkyrie, with some Archers upgraded to various classes (Horsebows, Crossbows, and some warbows). There were also some Fighter to Cavalier to Zweihanders.
– The artillery were mostly created via mercenaries. Simply class change them down, then class up to artillery!

you are an absolute madman, I've been smashing my head at this achievement on cadet.
storyline continues as if you lost?! but… but…
How do you have so many tier 3 units :O?
I'm here on my Warlord run and seeing the insane amount of high leveled ranged squads that you have, I realize I have literally no chance to get this achievement lol.
It also doesn't help my RNG was so bad, I hardly got any Arena fights.
Wow, what a mad man. Just finish this gem on warlord and I admit I want to replay this for this chapter 12. Will try again from scratch, and I will get this achievement one way or another. My strategy soul.is calling for me. Hope they will do a patch to further the story. Or at least get us more arena or some battle ourside of story
